back RCB at all rates! PWI bowling attack is full of shiet. ashish nehra, murali kartik etc.
also vettori will not be playing, kohli will lead the side and muralidharan will be in |
By:
I suspect that this match will be quite close, and I am going for the Pune win.

By:
Kohli and Steve Smith captain.
Ganguly finally realises he shouldn't be in the team. Smith has won the toss and elected for Pune to field first |
By:

RCB stupidly big here, massive overreaction to the rain imo
By:
1.7 stupid.. id say anything below 1.7 in t20 is stupid
By:
isa this match even going to get started
By:
covers coming off
By:
did u see what happened yesterday? RR couldnt get the ball of the square first 10 overs because of the rain...
By:
that was because of rain? id say more like bad batting
By:
the ball was swinging all over the place...why did csk then struggle to get 129? more bad batting? or can you just accept the conditions may have suited the bowlers more last night...
By:
YES!!!!! they struggled because of dot dot dhoni!!!
By:
ok ill agree with the dot dot dhoni point. not much more to say on that matter. but the rain will affect the game slightly IMO. if you dont think so then pile in on RCB. i wouldnt be surprised if RCB hit above evens, so either lay them to back, or just wait to pile in later. bear in mind, D/L might come iin, or reduced overs
By:
ok, i dont understand how is it that if it rains it helps the bowlers but if theres dew in the outfield it helps the batsman?
By:
They do like faffing around don't they. Covers been off for a good 20 minutes.
Inspection 8;45 local. |
By:
they will muck around with the pitch inspection, push the start back a bit, have a strategic time out or 2. Then it will rain again...
By:
they do this because they know this could be a crap, pointless game, so they are better off promotiing the ipl by showing the best recent last ball matches and chucking in a few ad breaks as well
By:
ffs another 15 mins until play starts... get on with it ffs
By:
All cricket matches and officials are pathetic with regards to rain. I distinctly recall a match between Essex and I think it was Yorkshire, in which the players wanted to play, it had stopped raining for more than 30 mins, and the umpires were not interested in the match being played. Then when they came onto the field, it started chucking down, and because of that Essex did not qualify. It was that twit Illingworth.
By:
all they needed was 5 overs to complete the match too.
By:
Nor do I understand how player safety is paramount on a pitch on which is has rained but not on a pitch affected by dew during a match.
By:
cricinfo..
8.50 pm, Update Play will begin at 9 pm. Probably without any reduction in overs. no over loss would be good for me. bout 5 mins to go then??? |
By:
9 pm start match
By:
it stopped raining 2 mins before the start
By:

By:
