IPL Betfair competition

Same here, maybe they scrapped the competition.

What about the whole opting in situation, do you get some code or something so you can monitor how many days you have been betting on the sport?
do the days have to be consecutive?
very tempting offer at first glance but too confusing for me

Clocked into this myself I think , but cannot trace any feedback on it .  As I read it , you have to bet 100 per day at the top offer .  This has to be on a single bet ( or bets ) with no lessening of the liability , so you cant trade as I see it .  The bet can be 100 at 1.01 , bet or lay ( or bigger liablity ) also as I read it .  However the rules are not for finding anywhere as far as I can see .  Meanwhile I am just making sure I bet or lay  in 100 lumps on certain markets where you probably cant trade anyway . Would be doing this anyway , its been great matches generally so far , might as well get a few extra quid in the satchel .  Cheers .

Thanks for the link , just checked it .  I am opted in .  Need to revise my thinking , criteria is basically to bet 25 at least per day or have a liability of 25 per day on markets which you do not then trade in .  Thats now how I see it .  My 100 criteria has been "over the top " but the 100 is what I would aim for ( 30 days worth of bets ) and it stuck in my mind . Just needed to be 25 it appears .

Are they the only terms and conditions for this market? Because the offer that I opted in for was to bet a minimum of 100 per day with a max prize of 250 for 30 days worth of bets. I shall be annoyed if they have changed this without informing anyone.

Magice , like you I thought that the promotion was based on £100 per day   .The link from Betfair community manager above however came up with an offer that was based on £25 per day .  So are there 2 offers ?

Another "offer " popped up on my screen on 25 April , but would not be tracked down when I clicked on it , so I contacted help desk today and they sent me a link .  That link confirmed that I had opted in to a £100 per day  offer , so now I am totally confused and the disparity in criteria may have influenced my betting over the last week or so .

Reckon there must be ( at least ) 2 different offers out there , dont know if they are mutually exclusive or running in tandem .

looks like Betfair have moved the goalposts. It was definitely initially rewarding you with £250 if you bet £100 or more on 30 days. Seems like they've offered a great promotion to entice people, then moved the goalposts, all in all just so they could make more commission. Another great piece of customer care from Betfair

if you notice the link.... just change the last bit 'termsipl2' to termsipl1 or termsipl3 and you will see the 3 promotions that were going out to different people. No goalposts have been changed. It just depends on which of these 3 offers you are on.

Love to know if anyone actually got paid out on this

The offer I received was the bet £25 for 10 days get £10 - for 20 days get £25 and for 30 days get £100

No way of knowing how many days you have bet for - depends if you kept track of when you opted in .

I would think I did not have a bet on about 5 IPL days overall

But now looking at the full details it says you have to have bet £25 min and then not had a further bet to alter your position.
That strikes me as ridiculous.

How many people would just have had a bet and left it ? The main reason people bet on IPL is to trade

So it does rather look like I'll get nothing from this promotion - thanks Betfair
