India have been so good in conditions where the ball bounces above the waist in the last 10 months i cannot believe they are above 1.30 here.

prices are more than fair even with saffers playing a 2nd string team. India not done much preparation for this. only got off the plane a few days ago and have to play at altitude where their bowlers may struggle. saffer bats at the end of their season so should be in some form.
Fancy a high scoring affair really with neither side busting their nuts to save the many boundaries. |

South African team is simply not good enough. Altitude will not affect bowlers do me a favour. They only have 24 balls to chuck each. India should be favourites.

you might get a flip when the teams are announced. Probably lots of indian punters out there wanting a friday evening punt at the end of a hard week. I'll be happy with some odds against on Saffers if so.

BCCI dont send the boys for a one off game to lose. Just have a feeling a lot of people would know the result before hand. Just wait and see where the money flows I guess. Its an even game of a fair one.

india most 6s for me. SA relying heavily on Levi/Albie and never really been known for 6 hitting on the whole. India have big hitters all the way down pretty much.

well I've laid a load of 1.87 SA hoping for this driffy..
COme on punters ! coin toss here.. etc.. Nugs makes an excellent point (elsewhere) that a game was abandoned here about 3 weeks ago cos of a dangerous pitch. Its hard to imagine the BCCI agreeing to a game on anything lively with the IPL about to start though. There is also some rain about in joburg today although I believe it stopped about an hr ago. might be a good toss to lose. |
