I'm looking to head to the Oval in the summer for the test match against SA. Any recommendations on which stand I should look to sit in, not all are available but most are. There is a large range in prices, I have seen from £45 up to £98. My brother isn't particularly keen on cricket but I am dragging him along, he'd be content to drink in the sun I imagine so a pre-requisite is that our seats would be in the sun for the whole day ideally. Any help appreciated cheers Happy

where are you getting tickets from?

The stands that are side on to the wicket (i.e midwicket/deepcover) are the most open, and also the cheapest seats.

Overall it's quite a sunny ground, unless you are underneath the bigger stands at either end.

Last couple of years I've been in blocks 16/17 which are open, but you have a bit of an angled view which I prefer to the side on. These are £60.
