such is the fragility of both the batting line ups, i think the toss is crucial today, i dont think either teams have the mental strength to chase anything like a par score. with englands seamers running in to a bit of form, i make them slight favourites

England have won the toss and bat.
Fancy an England win. |

fair franco is this good batting conditions?

hello good evening friends
England bat 1st cook is in majestic form but other batsman is not in their best of form cheema in for pak is good fast bowler azhar ali in fos malik i think englang will lose earlly wkt than back england........best of luck ![]() ![]() ![]() |

douche..it's the same ground as the last game but a different pitch so make of that as you will.
I wouldn't fancy England to score more than 250, they showed last game that there's still enough players struggling for runs so as to fail to capitalise on 1 or 2 players good play. |
|
By:
So that probably mean Cook out for a duck, and most of the other players too. Pakistan price is huge.
|
|
By:
pitch conditions to suit pakistan, so 1-1 me thinks.
|

By:
Lay England as soon as the spinners come on.
|
|
By:
Five wickets in an innings, No - 1.11 seems a good bet considering it is very rare and occurred in the previous match.
|
|
By:
i dont think england will score more than 240
|
|
By:
layed 300 runs
|

not convinced this England ODI side is anything other than poor despite Monday's win so backing Pakistan here.
|
|
By:
Having got things badly wrong in the first ODI (I bet on Pakistan to win) I am betting on England for this match. Considering I got 2.1 that seems like very good value to me.
Our batsman might struggle against the spinners but we have some momentum now and have got to be at least evens. |
|
By:
apparently some decent size cracks in this pitch, fancy it could be low scoring.
Under 250 i'd say. I'll wait and hope for a few early boundaries to shift the run lines first though. |

Afridi has more 5 wicket hauls than any other player, Ajmal also very capable of picking up a handful as well (last game for example). Broad and Finn both in good form are capable of doing it as well. not a 1.11 shot for me. |

Word of warning. I'm watching this through Sky via satellite and also have pictures from Bet 36five open on the laptop. Despite living in the middle of nowhere with a speed of less than 1 mps, the pictures on the net are a second ahead of the Sky pictures.

that's a little odd screaming. It really is odd.

Poor this by pakistan, they've allowed these 2 to settle and put them under no pressure.

I'm very hard of hearing, SorA. No chance of following it via an audio feed.
It's not unique to cricket either. For several months now the live feed from Betfair for horse racing at tracks contracted to Attheraces has been ahead of satellite TV pictures at home (though still behind the same pictures beamed to betting shops. Basically "live" digital TV pictures have been getting more and more delayed as businesses switch satellites to save money on transmission costs. |

opposing runs now, under 253.5, can see first wicket in the next 5 overs with spin from both ends. Afridi would be my call for first wicket.

I told before start of series that Eng will do much better.simple logic shorter the game lesser the difference between two sides plus 50 over pitch a different game
This game my calculation says eng to make 240 ish and pak to make about 225 Very close finish with eng to win |

What's the point of dropping Pietersen unless there's someone better to take his place?
The only batsman outside the current team who's playing better than Pietersen right now is Jos Buttler, and he's surely pencilled in to replace Eoin Morgan in the next game, once his split hand has healed. |
|
By:
oh no, i know pietersen has been brilliant in the past but i have never been able to warm to him, he has always been an accident waiting, even when he high fives in the field he pokes someones eye out. if it were the day of transfer markets he would be gone to someone else who will love him for six months
|
|
By:
You don't have to warm to him. I just like the fact that even when he's really struggling and everyone wants him dropped, he still nurdles 20s and 30s, then comes back to form with double centuries.
Other out-of-form players get away with single-figure scores for months without calls for the axe. E.g. the increasingly ridiculous Morgan. |
