I do not think the final should be 1 race. Too much of a lottery. Should be like the cycling omnium. Three races, a point for each place, lowest points after 3 races wins.

No, Pajon and Buccannon both choose lane 1 for the semis and not in the middle of the pack like the final

bet fields in the mens.

An Omnium format would be better, with a TT and Race element combined but part of the attraction of the sport is the carnage of it

Agree, that's the big flaw imo.  Take the crashes out and it's pretty dull to watch.

You'd think there'd be possible time to make up on the bumps but even if you do whoever is ahead just takes the inside line and closes it out.  Potentially it's a decent event but yeah nothing without the crashes

they could have flaming hoops to jump through as they collect apples on the way round and maybe large rubber giants from different countries throwing buckets of water across the track, chuck in stuart hall (alas no eddie) and it would be much better
