Felt it might have been a mistake yesterday when some decent athletes ran below expectations in the heats.We could have had two finalists. |

If you choose an athlete who has failed to reach the 'A' qualifying standard, you cannot choose to send any of the 'A' standard athletes.
We could have chosen 3 athletes who all had 'A' qualifying times,but instead choose to send just the one who hadn't reached the standard. Seems strange to me. |
