I hate it, when the miss an Track and Field heat, to show a glossy, slo-mo profile clip of a Brit, who's in the next heat

Haven't you got channels 450-473?
You people whine the whole time.

Eurosport is great for the Athletics , even when BBC closed down last night and  where doing some chat show thing with gabby, Eurosport were showing the Javelin and Hepthalon etc although the stadium was half empty Sad

Freeze is quite right. The main BBC coverage is there for the plebs who want to buy into the whole 'All About the British' idea. If you want to watch the sports themselves, find the dedicated channels from 450+ (on Sky - presumably other channel numbers on other services). No reason for any of you to waste your time with the more mainstream sports-lite coverage.

450+ is same as red button, so no excuse these days not to pick and choose

450+ are rather quicker than the red button, so even less of a reason.  Still, Betfair Forumites like to moan..

Yeah, 450+ is superb. Really lets you stay with the sports you're interested in.  Just plan in advance which three or four sports you'll be wanting to concentrate on for the day, and then see them all in full gory detail.    Although last Friday did get quite bonkers, where I was recording the athletics, watching the cycling on my television, and also watching the tennis on my laptop.  There is such a thing as too much sport...
