I layed him around 7/4 in the first 3 market before the semis yesterday.Half way round I was counting my money but he flew up the straight and posted a good time.Wear and Spearmon look the only opposition for the medal so will ditch the bet.Think he will beat Spearmon which just leaves Wear.The 5/2ish looks value now so will go full circle and back him for bronze.

I'm not so sure as both Weir and Martina are sub 20 runners this year and were easing down in their semi whilst Lemaitre was all out in his.

Lemaitre said he had problems with the bend (wrong shape?) but if gets that right then can run a huge race.Forgot about Martina but glad I ditched my original lay.

thought he was poor in the semi... looked tense and didn't impress... no bet for me given bolt and blake 1-2
