obviously men are generally bigger and stronger but some of these female athletes look all muscle but they could still get beaten by a man who looks pretty weedy, so what are the exact biomechanics that make men better? do men have bigger hearts/lungs??

I drink 10 pints 3 times a week, eat junk food and have minimal athletic ability however with a couple of weeks on the exercise bike and a few bottles of lucozade, I would quite easily eclipse the women's 400m world record even into a head wind.
