Ran a SB in the semi 44.59
Santos: another youngster, 18... ran PB this year 44.45
Ran 44.78 in semi, pretty slow heat.
Borlee twins: thought jonathan ran a great first heat but think pushed too hard... 44.43, semi he ran a 44.99 and looked sluggish
Gordon: I think he is the value in this race... 25s with bookies and 32 available on here... some bookies have him as short as 12/1... to place on betfair he is just above evens! I thought he was good in his semi, which wasn't a quick semi, he ran a PB and looked like he could go quicker.
Brown, Soloman, Pinder need some help from above... wide open race and really looking forward to it!

not an expert at this but i would probably go for james top 3 for my own betting
james at 1.06 top 3 is buying money IMO, only a false start/injury can kill the bet. price will collapse to something stupid like 1.02 mins before the race

totally agree king cally... wide open race this one and think any of the 5 i mentioned could win this
yep intriguing race. Sure KJ could win comfortably, but looks a lay at the prices.... and I'll be there!
