of what?
Report unlucky chris August 5, 2012 8:24 PM BST
He basically implied he was on drugs without uttering the words
Report Diamond_Joe_Quimby August 5, 2012 8:25 PM BST
well hes wasting enough time insinuating.

"Not sure what im seeing"
Report Diamond_Joe_Quimby August 5, 2012 8:25 PM BST
no chance of that with the British athletes
Report GoBallistic August 5, 2012 8:28 PM BST
Cram has his form book upside down
Report morpteh mackem August 5, 2012 8:29 PM BST
algerian trained by barney curley
Report thelatarps August 5, 2012 8:30 PM BST
Think the "Not sure what im seeing"  comment relates to the wide margin of victory
consensus between foster and cram seems to be that race was run at a crawl, set up for a speed finish,
Bit like a race at longchamp
no drugs accusation i think
Report 4dannyboy August 5, 2012 8:30 PM BST
Brendan Foster doesn't realise there's a race on.  Way too concerned with the British backmarkers.
Report Diamond_Joe_Quimby August 5, 2012 8:35 PM BST
his PB is 3:30 , he tonight recorded 3:35

I know the pace was slowish.

He may be doping but think its disgusting for national broadcaster of host nation to insinuate on tv with no proof. You could pick literally 100s of athletes (British included) who are showing improved form. Id rather he came out and staright on accused him than the 5hite Cram just peddled

Either crap or get off the pot Cram
Report Diamond_Joe_Quimby August 5, 2012 8:40 PM BST
Foster was shocking. You'd swear the Brit was going to slice through the field (as he tailed off)
Abysmal.

Santos eases down, Borlee wins it

errr...no
Report guinness2dear August 5, 2012 9:00 PM BST
Crams actual words were... "I've never seen him run like this"
Report Diamond_Joe_Quimby August 5, 2012 9:04 PM BST
^

and "I'm not sure what I'm seeing"
Report asparagus August 5, 2012 10:03 PM BST
Diamond joe quimby you are being ridiculous. If he comes out and says 'this guy is on drugs' he gets sacked tomorrow.  Whether he believes it or not he can't say it.
Report Diamond_Joe_Quimby August 5, 2012 10:36 PM BST
Ok I agree with you Asparagus, that he cant say that but why even Insinuate. What is he aiming to achieve with the 5hit he peddled earlier. Disgusting imho. Using Crams logic you could say the same of hundreds of athletes.
Report chelters16 August 5, 2012 10:44 PM BST
Cram implied doping cos the guy is a foreigner if he was a brit well it would be hats off and Pimms all round(newcatle brown for Cram/Foster)but as its not a brit.......well he`s doping,Cram what a ass.
Report mrSmurf August 5, 2012 11:16 PM BST
to be honest i thought the same thing when he effortlessly kicked away....
Report tobermory August 5, 2012 11:53 PM BST
''Now i've never seen Makloufi run like this .Never.''

''It's unusual to see this Algerian be this good''

''I'm not sure what i was watching with Makloufi''

''That was something that was really suprising in the heats and he's been equally suprising in the semi''

Blatant Insinuation certainly. No positive words used, just 'suprising', 'unusual'

Santos eases down, Borlee wins it

I noticed that Poppydog, never even corrected himself. And the Horse Forum seethe about Thommo commentaries Crazy

out of the 1500m for not trying in the 800m??
Report MrBaboon August 6, 2012 2:41 PM BST
he didn't want to run the 800m but was made to ? Seems a bit strange
Report SamH_123 August 6, 2012 2:47 PM BST
how was cram correct?
his unexpected pace was because he didn't try in the 800m?  makes athletes that run both events look stupid...

Absolutely boiling over isnt he?

'' Where on earth did he get that from''?
Report Captain Christy August 7, 2012 9:22 PM BST
Was weird that commentary, I wonder if he would have liked that sort of crap when he won.
Report mrSmurf August 7, 2012 9:23 PM BST
100% on something
Report mrSmurf August 7, 2012 9:24 PM BST
was a strange race - just ran away with 220 to go without any challenge
Report chelters16 August 7, 2012 9:27 PM BST
Cram nose out of joint must have laid the Algerian for plenty, oops !
Report asparagus August 7, 2012 9:30 PM BST
Diamond Joe, sorry didn't look at your reply to me the other night. Agree Cram maybe shouldn't be insinuating tho it's a difficult one as if he's showing incredible improvement on all previous form it's natural to wonder how it's happened.
