I assume it's something to do with athletes favouring the sprint events.. as fast sprinter = good long jumper. Mike Powell's WR will stand for a while I think.

a few anon coaches basically implied EVERYBODY was on PEDs back in the 80s and 90s and now nobody can legally get within 60cm of the record

Course they can help you jump, Carl Lewis had 3 positive tests that the US covered up, they were all on something, no doubt a lot are at the moment.

they might be on stuff but i think whatever they are on the effect is way less than the EPO days - that was the real wonder drug
