I swear BBC One is the worst of the channels to watch because they try cover everything so often on delay.

darlo they have like 25 channels so u can watch what you like

I can only get three on my TV. One, Three and the red button. They add a second red button at 7pm, but often had same sports on the two recently. For example one and three are now both cycling - one being a repeat of what's just happened on BBC3.
