How do a team who won the Team gold not have any gymnasts in the All Around individual event?

24 gymnasts and not one Chinese. Have they withdrawn?
Yes found this astonishing that they won team gold but couldn't get anybody in the top 24 for the outright. However, had not realised that in qualifying only one of their men competed in all 6 disciplines and he wasn't good enough to make the cut. The other 4 all missed at least one event - seems strange given the quality of their gymnasts.
