OK if you spot a GB competitor/team mess it up and miss a medal please post here. I will start with a few I've seen:
1. David Florence: C1 Kayak Silver in Beijing. Failed to make the final today
2. Tina Cook: Individual Equestrian, was in perfect position, needed a clear round to get on the podium. Had two fences down in the last round and missed out
3. Daley & Waterfield: 10m Synchro Diving. Lead at half way, missed 4th dive, ended up 4th
All of these should have won medals imo but each messed up at the wrong time
Will add more as I spot them
