For amongst other things, spouting completely unfounded hurtful accusations and let's face it verging on racist against a Chinese swimmer.
Plenty of 15-16 year olds improve by seconds at that age - if it was a Brit doing the same it would have all been down to hard work and training. (NAP)

Maybe if we won a gold it might deflect some of the diatribes we get from the commentators who only can see red white and blue . Olympics is about sport , and youth ( although the equestrian competitors are challenging that ) , have to take performances at face value until proven otherwise . Heck , Michelle from our neck of the woods still has her 3 Olympic medals . |
