Soni in the 100m breaststroke. Just needs to fix up her first 50m and she is sweet

So she just needs to basically make the whole first half of here race better?

Soni is hardly a cert when that Lithuanian has been tearing it up so far

Thought the OP was looking for value not certs. For a seasoned pro like Soni who was clear fav coming into this event getting around 2.30 ish is great value IMO. She clearly has the speed based on her 2nd 50's in both the heat and SF.
I'll take the experience over the youth here. GL |

I also think there is an overreaction in the 200m free market. Lochte was always going to conserve as much as he could last night in the SF having to swim the 4x100m relay later. I see Sun Yang is the fav in the market but to me this is still between Agnel and Lochte. Agnel's 100m relay split was incredible so he clearly has the speed at the moment.
Worth noting this is basically the same field for the final as Shanghai but just replace Phelps with Sun Yang |

Agree with sentiment about 200m Free, I think Sun is overrated based on his semi final race. Both Lochte and Agnel had the relay and conserved energy. These two were the favs coming in and I think that's still the case. Laying Sun at this price appears good value.
Other finals tonight I would guess Seebohm wins in WR time, favour the Lituanian teenager Soni, and might try LaCourt to beat Grevers. Grevers probably will win and beat the WR but LaCourt been holding back and his times in recent history don't show a huge gap between the two. |

Thanks for that winner lads.

good call you two, I've followed you in Horangi, with a lay of Sun and a small back of Lochte. I've backed a WR for Seebohm, I've backed LaCourt and Tancock top 3. Done Spofforth top 3 and W/O here
