Why i can't open the markets about the gold medal in swimmings? does anyone knows?

am surprised phelps is such a big price here as I think he's in with a huge chance. He is aiming to become the first swimmer to win an event in 3 olympics which is a massive incentive and although he just scraped into the final, heat times are irrelevant once he is there. He saved his energy for the one that counts and he has the experience having done this many times before. Am definately having a nibble on this price

Isn't the other guy just better now?  Most swimming people have had Lochte winning this event from day one.  I get the feeling the name value of Phelps is actually the only thing making him a reasonable price.
