New Forum Beta Coming Soon

We are pleased to announce that the new Betfair Forum Beta is coming soon.

The Forum Beta is a new, exciting online arena for customers to chat to each other, read dynamic content and learn more about betting.

We know that some users will want to continue using the more basic experience - Forum Classic - so we will give users the choice between Classic and Beta.  We will provide a link to allow users to switch back and forth between the two experiences.  Our hope is that users will try the Beta and decide to stay due to the enhanced functionality.

Forum Beta is bulging with innovative features:

•    Search – Find users, forum posts, blogs
•    Profile Page – Personal hub, activity feed, access to messages, blog posts, contacts, photos
•    Blogs – Create blogs or read blogs created by others
•    Photo Gallery – Photos can be used in forum posts and blogs
•    Private Messaging – Send messages to other users
•    My Favourites – Bookmarks for forum categories, topics, and blogs
•    Online indicator – know when people are online
•    Blocking Users – hide all content from select users
•    Report Abuse – report inappropriate content


Given that this is a Beta, we will continue to make improvements over the coming weeks/months based on feedback that we receive from users. Give Forum Beta a try and let us know what you like and don’t like in the Site Feedback area of the forum
