seems strange to me, why drip feed someone 3.6 million for that long, why not just pay out the full amount, I'm assuming there's a catch, such as if you die long before time the money stops and doesn't go to next of kin or something, I'd imagine the average age of a lottery player is 40 or something, maybe that's what they're bargaining on ? winner dying before time. Would help the economy with a lump sum as you can quickly put the money into various industries, buying a home, buying a car etc
