Cummings is the government, the UK is a laughing stock.

No wonder Johnson approval ratings are in free fall. Apparently it's now common knowledge that backbenchers and party members want him out asap and Sunak replacing him.
We definitely need a palace coup, a dilettante charlatan with zero work ethic is a luxury we cannot afford!

How the hell can Sir Keira show increases in any surveys? That empty coat hasn't done or said anything of note, or help, since this crisis began.Grovelling on your knees to the mob isn't a pretty sight. The Northern Red Wall has just turned a bit bluer.
Starmer has simply turned up, spoken common sense at PMQ and media interviews. Boris is the main reason Starmer ratings are going up, Boris support is disintegrating daily not only from the general public but from within his own party.

Doesn't really matter. There's not an election until 2024. Not being political at all. I have no time for B Johnson.
What I would really like to see is a poll that is relevant of the moment. Like what people really think about the latest version of the cultural war we are currently witnessing.

Ah, what you mean to say is that there is not a General election before scheduled in 2024. There are plenty of political elections before then.
Yes, but polls if they are in anyway relevant, are only really so, at or around the election time, or concerning something of the moment, such as Covid and the BLM debate.

Yes, that's a good point. Polls are a snapshot in time. They are useful for following trends and gathering data regarding future voting intentions, but are of much more relevance the closer the poll is to the actual event. What is useful at the moment is seeing how various parts of the country are reacting to the current situation, with a view to voting intention. Areas like the North and Midlands are the ones where the tories are losing support fastest. Currently, if there were an election tomorrow, it is highly likely that the tories would lose nearly all the gains they made from Labour in those areas.

Yes, the tory party is ruthless in abandoning leaders who have become a liability in the eyes of the electorate.
