Labour leader declares Wales shut to tourism for pretty much the rest of the year.  And if they decide to let anyone in, they will most likely have to stay in self-contained accomodation away from the locals.

You really couldn't make some of this lunacy up.

i live in cardiff and have been around most of the uk and believe me....there are much worse places in the uk than wales and cardiff
