Ultra cautious leaders doing best during the pandemic.
But elections are normally about money in the pocket. Next UK election is a long time away. |

We all know all aren't honest that's why they have those positions where do they get these polls?

The poll was conducted when Cummings event was fresh in people's minds.
It's only students who bother to vote in these polls anyway. Boris will charm these gullible monkeys in time for the general election, don't fret |

Might as well be 27% of folk prepared to lie to pollsters
Or about 60% of tory voters tell pollsters that they think Johnson is honest. |
|
By:
I think we should at least demand politicians to lie in sly ways instead of the blatant "I know I'm lying, I know that you know I'm lying, and I couldn't care less that you know" show that's been going on from some of them.
|

By:
They answer few enough questions there should be limited requirement to lie

Wow,they can't leave it alone, chucked as much mud as they could before Tory leadership, result - wins in a canter.
Repeat same tactics before general election, result - wins in a canter again even gaining seats in Labour's heartland, not forgetting 2 terms as mayor of London,Lefties must hate him, marvellous, good old Bojo. |

Johnson's ability to win is not being questioned.
His honesty was the subject of the question We are commenting on that and people's answers to that question. It's odd that nobody wants to defend his honesty, when seemingly 60% of tories think he is honest. |
|
By:
A stupid poll could just as well have asked if you think he has a big d1ck. You would probably get an even smaller percentage.
How many of those complaining about Cummings and about easing the lockdown for schools were out on the BLM protests? How about a poll on that? |
|
By:
These pollsters ask the questions for a reason.
You can alter the subject on a forum But you answer the question during an interview |

@Angoose. Do you think that Sturgeon is honest?
Keep in mind the initial outbreak cover-up and the lies that followed it before answering. The lies about how many old people were transferred to care homes from hospitals without being tested for the virus. I'll await your reply before posting more. |

Johnson and Sturgeon told identical lies when lifting restrictions on exercise that didnt actually exist in law. Neither have been challenged on that.

Almost all politicians are liars to one degree or another. And the more power they get, the more they feel the need to lie. But Johnson seems to do little else but lie. Sturgeon is, in her own way, also a big liar. It is just that she is a better communicator than Johnson, and rightly or not, she is seen as being more upfront. The thing is that this Government have got the country into such a mess with their lamentable handling of the pandemic, that they have to just double down and keep on lying. What else is there for them to do? They can't admit that they have failed to protect the country's vulnerable people and indirectly caused the avoidable deaths of thousands of people. Neither can they say that they have done as well as they could for the economy. The pandemic was always going to be a huge disaster for the country, but a competent government should have seen what was happening in Italy and Spain, and been able to mitigate the damage. Far too many have died, and the economy will suffer in countless ways. There is nothing that can be done about that now. We just have to ride it out, and try to rebuild. And hope that the voting public are not naive or stupid enough to fall for such a bunch of empty-headed, bumbling fools ever again.
