Andrew should go if requested in an ideal world, but the truth is the world does not work like that, governments trade prisoners/suspects etc all the time, you can not allow America and in turn, every other country, into thinking they can refuse extradition for one of their own but they can always have persons of interest extradited to them, you'd look like a very weak government, especially as we're talking about someone of the Royal family and not Joe Public. It's actually insulting that they make this request given they have refused point blank to extradite the women, they must think very little of Britain to even make the request with no mention of Sacoolas. Britain did refuse military action in Syria 7 years ago under pressure from the US so they don't always bolt when they want something, but both parties need to answer to justice so I don't see any reason why there can't be a simple trade.
