Is that our cultures have developed over time, independently of one another.

Cultures which have developed in different parts of the Earth have had slightly different problems to contend with

So the culture have adjusted to their local environments.

With modern travel and communication the World has suddenly become much smaller.

So what we need now is a World Culture which will apply to everybody, but that will take time.

Looking across the Atlantic it seems to me like civil war in the USA at times.
