Thats what it looks like to me.We have a very high %of OAPS.We have a massive pension bill,increasing year on year. We have a crisis in our care homes...government not exactly supporting this sector,furthermore when there were ashortage of beds and ventilators across the NHS the OAPS were not prioritised.

OAPS also pressurised into signing DNR forms, though it is a dangerous accusation to make but plausible.
