There were two queues converging at the same point, so how the heck they decided who was next was my thinking as I stood there! I soon found out it was a free for all, as someone in the other queue, who arrived after me, was attended first!
The thing is that there were fifteen or so waiting, but I've never seen more than half of that number inside before lockdown!
Last Monday I went to a post office, and with nine queueing I went to the next village (which was on my way home anyway) and, of course, there were seven queueing outside, and plus two inside.
