You would think that Law enforcement agencies would've learned some lessons by now. How did they imagine that a white cop murdering a black man in broad daylight in front of witnesses and being recorded, would not blow up in their face? Why can't they weed out these psychotic thugs? Or at least bring them to book straight away, and make it known that they can't get away with this predatory behaviour!

what i just watched was like summat out of a Buster Keaton movie.
