If you are going to appear and then refuse to answer legitimate questions.
The obvious inference being that by saying nothing they didn't support the Prime Minister. What sane person could?

The police did NOT say there was no case to answer. They said Dom going north broke the regulations but not the law, and that the Barnard Castle eye test was proper naughty but it was too late to do anything about it.

1. I'm right.
2. All of this misses the point. The issue is not whether Dom broke the law but the gross hypocrisy in the man who drew up the rules went and drove a coach and horses through them. That's why people are upset. One rule for them, another for us. |
