I believe there are other issues at play, ie. it is a small hospital and I don't believe it has a good reputation.  Also there is a lot of poverty in the town with people housed in B&B-type accommodation, etc.

So it is not really comparable with many other seaside towns which have been pictured during lockdown - Bournemouth, Brighton, etc., which are much more affluent.

A month or two ago this would be headline news.

Now all the media is interesting in is whether DC said a word out of place.
