Was queuing to get in to the supermarket this morning when a woman pushed in front of me & said I’m nhs.when I asked her which hospital she worked she said oh I’m a gp receptionist.i told her that in that case she should join the queue.all I’ve had from my gp over the past few weeks has been don’t come to the surgery so I presume she’s had less work to do than normal. Was I wrong or did she deserve special treatment?

I would have to know who you voted for in the last elections before committing to an opinion. Mischief

I can't understand why she has to pay let alone queue . These NHS workers are national heroes and should get everything free for life .

They are, most of em done bugger all for months, and will get a nice pay rise on the back of it. All to cover the embarrassment of our overreaction.

Receptionists normally try and diagnose your illness to see if you are actually ill, little hitlers.

Don't know why NHS get priority, it's not like they are all going to run up at the same supermarket at the same time, plus they are all on varying shifts

Its just virtue signalling, if she does it again stick one on her !

By pushing in front of you, did she not break the social distancing rules?
