I’ve mentioned this a few times so I promise it will be the last time! The story of a top NFL player who is charged with murder. I’d never heard of him so went into this with no knowledge of what had happened. I thought it was very good. |

Better call saul went up its own ars€ as soon as they did that scene with all those cellphones..... I thought I was watching ferris bueller's day off again.
Plus I was in the middle of watching House of Cards, the old one with Francis Urquhart in it and netflix got rid of it. Dont why people bother. The whole thing is a f'ing scam.... Youll need amazon to watch Picard.. Youll need Apple tv to watch the Beastie boys story.. You need sky to watch Code 404 & McMillion$. The list is endless. |

as in other thread, unrecommend white lines- worth think i've ever seen and i've seen 10 seconds of mirada.
just finished series 3 of 'fauda'- great stuff. 'afterlife' is well worth a watch even if dont like ricky gervais, wuld still give it a go. very funny at times, and very dark too. also 'caliphate'- swedish drama re schoolgirls off to syria etc. one of best things i've seen recently. 'tiger king' is popular, watched it and thought a bit meh. |

Aaron Hernandez docs are really good. Has anyone watched The Ranch. We saw the 80 odd episodes this year. Got into it because always liked Sam Elliot in films over the years. Enjoyable but maybe not to everyone's taste.

 I gave The Ranch five minutes, Loui. I loved him in Road House though. We’ve binge watched The Big Bang Theory over several months. Very funny, can’t believe I’d never watched it before. |

The Ranch was a slow burner kenbo but by about episode 5 started warming to the characters, and the dry one liners. And the acting was good, apart from maybe Ashton Kutchers mid West accent

I will give it a go. I’ve just started watching Bloodlines and I’m half way through season two, so I’ll need something else to try in a week or so.
I can’t get on with Rotten Tomatoes, I’ve always used IMDB so don’t want to change now. I agree their ratings and reviews aren’t worth listening to though. |

I might give The Ranch another go. If nothing else it’ll be decent background telly. I had a bit of a Two And a Half Men vibe to it, I don’t know if that was because the studio audience was so prominent or not. |

Some very good series among the others H , You can get a list up of them all and Choose, 6 feet under was Brilliant About a family running a Funeral home , There is a Couple in it probably the best screen couple I have ever seen , One white One black and both men

Remember watching that a few years back case and enjoying it.
From that list, including the 3 I've already mentioned, Band of Brothers, Boardwalk Empire, Chernobyl, The Deuce, Luck, Olive Kitteridge, The Pacific, True Detective, Westworld & The Wire are all very worth a watch. |
