Great idea. Radio said that a single trained labrador or spaniel could carry out 250 tests in an hour. That's the kind of ramping up this emergency requires. It would be just like entering a racecourse past sniffer dogs. Of course, people may be a little sensitive to be told that they have covid-19 or cancer by a dog; so further tests would need to be carried out on those sent in to the "second queue."

As ideas go, it's not to be sniffed at.
