Scott's porage oats.  80g mixed with 270ml (weigh it, 270g) milk.  3 minutes in microwave.  Stir, a little brown sugar for crunch and perhaps a little hot chocolate powder.  Delicious.  I have it every day.

Sliced Avocado
Lightly Scrambled Eggs

With wholegrain toast and butter.
