For a single topic/incident, and in my opinion the worthy winner, probably the "Apollo 17 a fake" thread.

Terry McCann and Dr Crippen in the red corner fighting Charlie and Mexico in the blue corner for about one and a half year and about 2100 posts.

There also Baphornet's "The vote is at 7:00" (2.300 posts in half a year), but I think Baphornet, Managament and mouse muldoon were not really arguing in that one. They just bantered each other into oblivion.

I'm a bit disappointed I didn't feature prominently in any of these epic threads. I did once go round circles with a poster called nugget all night about why ethno-nationalism is for douchebags for many hours one night though. Wasn't on Chit Chat though.

I have to admit it tends to look a bit silly when I open some old threads and there's multiple hundreds consecutive posts from me.
