i still can't understand?

why the government do not give everyone in the country ,a corona suit,a corona mask,a corona pair of goggles,and a corona pair of gloves,and then let everyone go where they want when ever they want,and wait for a vaccine,and the economy will sort itself out,once everyone can go about their business.
all problems solved,except the MATT problem.
