what is defined as "sufficient progress", theyre just making this up as go along, its quite pathetic
People can return to work if they need to but no horse racing behind closed doors?
People can send their little uns back to school but no football behind closed doors?
They don't want people back at sporting grounds that much is becoming obvious, the "new normal" will be crowd noise or people paying to be skyped into the ground (Sort of virtual reality style) and cheering from a speaker will be the "new normal"
They want you riding around on push bikes and walking, cars to be banned
Its becoming more obvious by the facking day

They want to get as far into summer as possible before "opening back up", that way a month of everyone being out and about into the end of summer will means a sudden spike in September

some guy on skysports news said its only outdoor sports from june 1st, RIP snooker
Golf and archery instead of snooker and darts.
outdoor snooker & darts (under a roof) could work if necessary
In cricketing terms it means they wont declare until irreparable financial and psychological damage has been done to the common populace. Easier to control that way. HTH.
