Clicked on that link, comment says the suspected attacker is believed to be a black man, photo shows a black man.

You'd hope so (quick arrest as per @casemoney) but the fact they've released the picture means the police do not know who he is. With a bit of luck, one of his mates has a conscience. It should not be surprising after all these years that CCTV is not a deterrent but it is still disappointing.
You dont want to read about the german nurse who got raped by guess who on her way home from work.
