How Many People Need More Than An Hours Exercise Every Day?

I do. I walk for over two hours a day. In England there was no rule about once a day exercise so Wales is just moving into line.

The sun is splitting the stones, out for 1 hour 30 minutes,passed 9 people,6 cyclists,good few cars though and people were going for a spin to get out of the house.

Feel a lot better for it too.

I play six hours of tennis a week apart from daily walks and stretching . Got to take responsibility for your own health . No brainer .

any change they make you will be able to pick holes in.the hole thing is a farce.when will they realise that the vast vast majority of people out here are sensible adults who can go about our lives staying out of danger.
