they aint testing throughput,or rapidly, the window is short, otherwise the sreaders multiply, and they cant track and trace the end of their nose, its a shambles and its just rumbling along..

strategy is zero, they haven't a clue.....

it is effectively herd immunity by stealth, but that in its self is no panacea because there are two many unknowns about the virus

We have been locked up 3 weeks why is it Spreading if no contact , Testing or no testing ??

Something wrong ,There is literally no one on the streets Bar Shopping with SD, Public transport

Rarely see more than 2 on a bus , Could not spread much worse if NO LOCKDOWN ?

because they shut down way too late and they are not testing quick enough to be able to track and trace, they cant keep a lid on it because thay are chasing their tale continually

Because as I stated it was already Rife in Communities , this Virus has been Present since Jan/feb

Imvho , if we ever get anti body kits the numbers of Positives may be astounding , I would say

A minimum of of 1 in 20  have had it at some stage , The proof of that is the care homes Because of

such a high death rate Among the elderly , others no Symptoms or a cold ...

IMO for a lockdown to make a big difference to the UK numbers it would have to have been introduced around mid January.

The figures indicate the virus was seeded here by then, probably with hundreds of asymptomatic cases and plenty of cases with symptoms that were not attributed to it.

Then it just takes it's course through the population.

A French doctor that went back and tested evidence from December and found Covid-19 seems to have done it on his own initiative. I don't think anyone here is doing that. Proving that locking down in March was perhaps futile is not what Governments want to find out, and not what their critics who say they should have locked down 2 weeks earlier want to find out. It doesn't suit anyone's narrative.

I suppose the lockdowns at least slowed the spread, and prevented everyone showing up at the hospital the in the same 2-3 week period.

Sweden say they probably had cases in November.

To be fair they are probably the most honest scientists on this and say what they do not know.

Unwilling to make radical moves like lockdown as there was no evidence they would make a difference.

Nothing is political there as the scientists decide policy.
