No updates? No naming is suspect in custody? Emily Jones’ killer also not named.
An elderly man has died and three people have been injured following a stabbing at a shop in a small south welsh village.
South Wales Police said officers were in Pen Y Graig “following reports of a serious incident at the location” before cordoning off an area of the high street around a Co-op supermarket store where four people were harmed at around 1.45pm.
One, an elderly man, was pronounced dead while another man is in a stable condition at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff. Two others have suffered non life-threatening injuries, police confirmed.
A 29-year-old woman from Porth was later arrested on suspicion of murder and taken to Merthyr Tydfil police station.

The murder of Emily Jones is an event as serious and horrific as the terrible murder of James Bulger in Liverpool, 1993.
The Emily Jones case should also be receiving the same magnitude of blanket coverage as those appalling events of 1993. It is a case that will come to define an entire era in Britain. The murderer however is currently protected from media scrutiny by an invisible shield. |

The woman in custody allegedly stabbed the people in the neck. One of those stabbed was a nurse in between shifts, John Rees, 88 died of multiple stab wounds. |

i'm sorry but they should bring back capital punishment for cases like this whoever she his, killing a poor elderly man of 88 in cold blood just doing his weekly shop in trying times like these.

It could transpire the 'perp' had mental issues, perhaps psychosis, locked up without proper supervision with regard to taking her meds properly.
It could be that living in a claustrophobic welsh valley doesn't do any one any good  Easy to judge from a distance, blaming it on religion or the woman was a knife-wielding thug. |
