let's get the basics out of the way first...
Are you sure that Ladbrokes poker is up and running? Which browser are you using? Have you tried to use any other browsers? When you try, and fail, to connect - does the URL at the top of screen change at all? If it does, post what it changes to. ta |

I’m not much good myself, but it sounds like the problem could be at their end. Have you got another device you can try logging in from?

it is up and running, got one of their colleagues through facebook messenger Nothing changes at top of screen that i have noticed i sent screen shots etc they said there was noting wrong with my account that they could see. was to check with internet provider but as I said i have no issues with anything else |

My dad had a similar problem with a different site
But he was clicking on a link he saved that was corrupted. I think,. (not an expert) it was corrupted by an advert. Try typing address out in target bar see if that works and if it does you can save as new link. |

Poker site works on another laptop
just installed it so must be this laptop settings somewhere |
