Just stumbled on the RT channel on sky. (Russia state sponsored news channel in English). They're reporting today that the good weather has caused the lockdown to break down with people flocking to beaches and parks in defiance of the government rules. Played out by a hysterical reporter against a background film which looped around a dozen times of a lone dog walker, people in groups of two exercising and a couple of policemen watching. No film of "beaches". What's in it for Putin to just churn out blatant propaganda like this? I don't get it.
