Massive drop

I think people are capable of looking after themselves, this whole thing has proved we can survive without governments in my opinion, they've been about as much use as a condom with holes in it

Please explain , Angoose , cos I'm at a complete loss for an explanation and I'm getting sick and tired of all this bollox
Reynard, I don't want to inadvertently make any comments that may come across as insensitive on the subject given that your father is in hospital.
Just repeat my best wishes for his recovery.

This thread is better than watching the Trump cheerleading whackos on Fox News

So duffy who do you think records figures accurately us or Germany?
Angoose does it . Collates it all on the back of an envelope

Reynard,I wish your father well.Just like to make the point, that in the UK, as far as I'm aware, there's no dispute that if a person dies from a particular condition but also tests positive for COVID-19, they will be included in the stats. This is not the case in Germany.
Can you give a source for that?
As far as I am aware, every person that tested positive in Germany and then dies (before having been declared cured from the virus), will be included in the deaths in relation to covid-19. What Germany doesn't necessarily do, unlike e.g Italy, is to test people post mortem.

I know nobody who's had it . All my friends and family (many living in London)know nobody who's had it . Surely if it was that bad I would have heard of one case ?
That's because nobody has had it . You can't have what don't exist . They only test people who've been admitted to hospital and automatically tell 'em they've got it

If it exists then how come the 'victims' have inconsistent symptoms ? My father had difficulty breathing , not unusual with a heart attack , yet had no fever , no sore throat , no loss of taste/smell , no flu-like symptoms .Apparently when they test they test for genetic material (which is present in >90% of us) because they haven't been able to isolate the 'virus' Cheers @lurka . Yeah , he's gonna go back and transmit this coronavirus that they said he had on Friday to his 86 yr-old wife ! For the last 7 days it was deemed unsafe for her to visit him in hospital , potentially to say goodbye after 65 years together , but it's perfectly fine to share a bed back home . All the proof us doubters require !
The fact they are saying its peaking and the curve has flattened is a red flag in itself
How can a pandemic, whereby you've tested well under 2m people be "flattening"?
Surely we'd see mass deaths by now, far to controlled
But there's something suspicious going on, like they are making it this bad and obvious on purpose, people are going to get peeved more and more
They want the civil unrest, whatever agenda I don't know, maybe its to test their frequency technology?
Once people see that they ain't going to kick off again trust me, and then its "bye bye rights", and "now you do as we facking tell you"
Riots wont work, the tech they have is way beyond our imagination

Many other countries test outside of hospitals.

I should have explained better . My sister in law works as a nurse in a and e so she has witnessed people testing positive and deaths . That is the only person who has had contact with a case .
How old were they eyeball? and did they have underlying health conditions ?
