Is it me or as it been a little cooler lately even though the sun is shining usually on an evening it's still quite warm but lately I feel a bit chilly. Now bear in mind I am in Carlisle a place not usually associated with glorious sunshine

wind direction is mainly from north at moment, so might be sunny but wind nullfies that . nb you can still get sunburnt.

The wind is cold that's the problem

Soon as we get a southerly breeze it will feel more like 20-22 degrees easily

Can't wait, less pollution now as well so breathing when running is easier

Could the less pollution be one of the reasons it feels coolet?

first full cloudy day in what seems like weeks on end here in east angular   ...was getting a bit sick of blue skies to be fair  ....missed the cosyness  of a  cloudy day

will  get warm again ...only 11c today  , but even when it's 20c there is still a NNE breeze sweeping in off the sea

Could be mac

I've noticed when running I can actually smell the fresh air now which wasn't possible last year, running on the paths down the side of industrial estates all I could smell was smoke and gas, that's totally gone

I'm all for closing industrial estates down to be honest, the air is much better

Last year I always had a sinus problem, running was a chore if not out the way of traffic and factories etc

Now it just easier, more relaxing

Maybe the pollution was a problem after all and I just got use to it?

Maybe climate change was actually a thing ffs CrazyCrazy

The weather has been very good these last 2 or three weeks. I'm not sure if that has made me feel better or not, tbh. On one hand it's nice to go for a walk in dry bright weather, and standing in a queue outside sainsburys would be that much worse if it was p!ssing it down. On the other hand, missing golf or fishing or hill-walking or whatever you normally do, is felt all the more keenly on a fine day, when you can't go out.

macarony - You have already been TOLD

It is the different WIND Direction.

Has been from the South(ish) - Now changed to the North(ish), and going to the East.

Last couple of days - Sunny, Warm, calm around the back of my house (south-West facing) Happy

Bloody cold on the side path and the front of the house - in the Wind. Sad
