Steve, I belive policy states this is meant to happen, no travelling to or from work place in uniform for all types of germs etc. Why do think think infection is rife in hospital. Our great NHS workers for years have ignored that rule and object to changing as they don't get off ward instantly. More disfunction of NHS management. I agree with you crazy off these workers, you see them in supermarkets, on tv, everywhere in the dirty uniform I can't understand it.

Finally somebody who can answer a question rather than just hurl insults and abuse, thank you San Quentin18. I only asked as it seems strange that you often see a NHS worker at a bus stop in their uniform.
