How many adults don't have some sort of underlying condition? E.g. over 60 per cent of England's adult population is overweight, about 30 per cent of English adults are estimated to have elevated blood pressure.

There will be something with the majority of people, even if they don't necessarily realise it.

The two biggest were heart disease and dementia.

Oh and being fat isnt an underlying condition but it does make you more likely to be in the other 9% of deaths.

Last thing we need is a load of old Codgers Mobbing Garden Centers , They all  went Bezerk

Only if underlying condition meant automatic death upon covid-19 infection, which obviously it doesn't. Similarly to how in general underlying condition doesn't mean that person would've died the next day either way.

As for the Care Homes , They must all be very ill People ?

If they are not WTF are they doing in these homes  , My Mother was a very sick lady , she never

ended up in a Care home ...

We have other People in there don't even No they are in there They do not even know their

families any more , My father had a stroke , He ended up basically Brain dead but still

conscious

Thankfully he only lasted 6 weeks , People who have severe Dementia Need to be put out of

their Misery not left Banging around waiting for some disease to take them  out   ...

We would not Leave a Dog in the Condition some poor people end up in ...

All of this Aged Care needs looking at If in 10 20 years I was Suffering from dementia

I would hope to be Sent on my way ...

The Stress of My Mates father suffering from dementia aged 60 , too him out , It tore him

apart , 40 Massive heart attack left 4 kids behind , and sadly not the only tragic case
