Truth is that the large farms have never been interested in employing individuals for crop picking/packing, that 'jobs we won't do' was always bo11ox as far as farming is concerned, the reality is farmers want whole picking gangs supplied by agency with gangmaster to oversee the workers,
Probably removes all employers responsibility, just a payment to the agency at the end of the month. |

don't think the farmers want the media,public poking around their working conditions,pay,elf and safety etc,etc,
so will only hire uk workers they no,tyrusty,ocal etc, wont take 1000,s on bloc randomly ,they no they,ll be getting plenty of walk offs,no shows,complaints etc |

the usual farmers excuse of uk workers been to lazy,want to much pay,benefit system to easy aint going to wash when pritti has about 20 million workers available, millions of them used to the world of work
