Digital Tagging of Humans for vaccines and immunity

There are a number of ideas floating around as a fall out from the current pandemic.

One big idea is that everyone should have a 'quantum dot tattoo' inserted into their bodies when they receive a vaccine. The Covid vaccine if/when it comes out could be a good time to get everyone en board.

This would mean governments and others could update the digital information in peoples' bodies to check (via a smartphone) they have had vaccines before allowing them certain privileges such as going on a train.

If governments decide on forced vaccination then police could spot check people.

They could use the general population to use their smart phones to check others and shame them into complying. We have seen this sort of behaviour already with public fighting other members of the public for not wearing masks.
